We usually light the lamps made out of mud at our home especially during Kaarthigai Deepam Festival in Tamil Nadu. It is called as 'Agal' in Tamil language. But nowadays, the colorful candles are occupying the place of the mud lamps or Agal. How to make such colorful candles at home? There is a website group viz., 'candlemakerscorner' in 'yahoo groups'. They taught us about making of Gift candles, Design Candles and Aroma Candles etc.
